If you have sent your file to Decryptum for processing, please contact them with any queries on progress.
Unfortunately we are unable to respond to queries on unrelated matters such as Hotmail or Yahoo email passwords. We suggest that you use the password reset options (the links are next to the signon screens for both services) if you have forgotten your password.
